Ken, in addition to his management responsibilities of Ellis, Ricket, has been involved with the programming, design, and quality control of many of our major architectural projects in south Georgia. He has also been our principal in charge of quality control, cost estimating, planning and design of on all our major educational and commercial facilities throughout Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and the southeast United States.
His project management and scheduling skills has made it possible to produce construction documents, bid and award a variety of projects within budget on fast track schedules. Ken’s over 40 years of experience as an architect and his leadership skills make him a real asset to our firm.
Ken has developed and refined the format for our “Interactive Design Workshop” which has been so successful in team building for programming, conceptual design and cost analysis.
