Howard has over twenty years architectural experience in the South Georgia area. He has developed construction documents on a number of churches, educational and commercial buildings. His knowledge of construction means and methods enables Howard to create detailed and clear construction details.
His special skills and knowledge in the field of computer aided design and drafting (CADD) have made him the first in our firm to be named an Associate. His specialized CADD experience led him to be an instructor in computer aided design and technology for the Air Force. At Ellis, Ricket, Howard is in charge of our CADD Drafting policy and standards committee. He has been directly responsible for construction documents on a number of State and Federal projects, many of which are educational facilities.
