This fast track project went from sketches to grand opening in only four months. Starting as an outdated cafeteria, the dining room and cook line were remodeled as a theatre for dining with hanging soffits and track lighting to showcase each food station.
The vibrant color scheme and tasteful use of plastic laminates created a perfect visual compliment to the entrees.
